This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

CFA1877 changing deletion requests for speedydeletions

He’s doing it here:

He had previously emptied the categories and then requested a speedydeletion with the argument “empty category, no longer neede.”. When asked why this category was wrong, he refused to explain why. In these others, he’s changing from speedydeletion->deletion to redirect:

@Jeff G.: Here. A week ago, he proposed structural changes, according to his particular approach. As you can see, I already gave him explanations and why I opposed his changes (he demonstrated that he's not familiar with railways). Besides, he proposed nothing less than breaking the consensus of more than a decade in es:wiki. An administrator blocked his initiative due to a lack of consensus (he's alone). As a result, his initiative was dead in es:wiki, but today he brought the conflict to Commons, making massive changes and transfers that break the previous consensus that existed here. Mostly at Madrid-Atocha and Madrid-Chamartín stations. It will take days to repair the damage caused by its massive changes.
